- Begs or gathers alms
Being disguised with unlawful intent [SOA s.49C]
- With unlawful intent, be disguised or have article of disguise in possession

You may give a move on direction to any person(s) in a public place or part of a public place if you SORG that:
- The person(s) is/are breaching, or likely to breach, the peace or
- the person(s) is/are endangering, or likely to endanger, the safety of any other person or
- the behaviour of the person(s) is likely to cause injury to a person or damage to property or is otherwise a risk to public safety
A direction to move on does not apply to a person(s):
- Picketing a place of employment
- Demonstrating or protesting about a particular issue
- Speaking, bearing or otherwise identifying with a banner, placard or sign or otherwise behaving in a way that is apparently intended to publicise the person's view about a particular issue
A direction to move on may be given orally.
A direction to move on may direct the person(s) not to return to the public place or part of a public place for not more than 24 hours.

s.458 applies where a person continues to contravene a direction to move on. PIN or charge may be issued.
